Pepsi 125 Diner
Creative Strategy, 360 Creative Direction, Experience Design, Identity System, Global Rollout
To celebrate Pepsi’s 125-year legacy and launch its new visual identity, the Pepsi 125 Diner debuted as a limited-run, immersive pop-up in the heart of New York City. Drawing from classic diner culture, the experience reimagined nostalgia through a bold, contemporary lens that felt unmistakably Pepsi. The new logo came to life as neon signage and extended through a cohesive design system of custom iconography, patterns, and materials applied across every touchpoint. Guests were guided through a curated brand journey featuring iconic Pepsi moments, interactive challenges, immersive environments, and a three-course dining experience with entertainment and exclusive merchandise. Following its immediate success in New York, the concept expanded internationally with Pepsi 125 Diner launches in Milan and Paris. The experience sold out in under an hour, generated a waitlist of over 18,000, earned 3.5B+ media impressions, and achieved 100% positive sentiment—cementing the diner as a defining celebration of Pepsi’s past, present, and future. 🎤🍔
