Directed and managed the 360° design rollout for Pepsi’s 2023 rebrand—spanning visual identity, 400+ SKU packaging, photography, fleet, food service, typography, and equipment. My role centered on system thinking, global consistency, and cross-functional leadership, culminating in a launch that earned 97% positive sentiment. 💙
